THERE'S A NEW HARVESTER ON THE BLOCK, AND WHEN IT COMES TO PRODUCTION, SIZE DOES MATTER

Large Aquatic Plant Harvesters
Clean Lakes, Inc.

One of the largest scale aquatic plant harvesting projects ever undertaken in the world is outlined in the photos below.  The site was Port Bell, Lake Victoria, Uganda East Africa.  Clean Lakes, Inc. was directly involved with the Water Hyacinth Project through a Cooperative Agreement with the United States Agency for International Development. The problem was the invasive aquatic species water hyacinth.
