Clean Lakes, Inc. implements and cooperates in water quality monitoring as part of routine efforts in aquatic ecosystem restoration and maintenance. Physical water quality parameters are recorded through the use of various monitoring probes, while chemical parameters are collected through standard protocols that include proper sample labeling and recording, use of Chain of Custodies, and analyses of chemical samples by state certified laboratories. Projects for which monitoring and sampling is regularly carried out include NPDES Permit - Aquatic Weed Control (since 2004), Contact Exposure Time evaluations, and Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Compliance Monitoring.
